Abandoned Calls Count which didn't meet the SLA in dashboard (noversla)


Congratulation !!!

The recently released dashboard is an awesome feature and we are loving it. We have one requirement where the customer wants to see the number of abandoned calls that didn't meet the SLA. So it would be great if you could add this metric in the dashboard.
