Monitoring Feature for Facebook Interaction

Monitoring feature almost does not exist. The supervisor or the operation team do not have any visibility of what happening because the product does not provide much details other than the interaction itself. Team Lead/Supervisor unable to listen for both the Facebook post and message interaction.
