How might we improve the Genesys Knowledge Network?

Federated search

We should federate the search for all public-facing sites per product line. Genesys Knowledge Network users want to find answers and should not be tasked with remembering which site is appropriate to find that answer. Let's take the guesswork out of it.

    For those that have yet to hear, unified search is now available across PureCloud sites!

    From a single search field, customers, partners, and employees can now search across all PureCloud sites: Resource Center, Developer Center, Training, Community, and Blog. Results are delivered by category for easy content browsing. PureCloud’s unified search is now available on the Genesys Knowledge Network. Check it out.
