Split PureEngage Cloud Away From PureEngage

I know PureEngage inside and out.  What I don't know well is PureEngage Cloud, so I waste a tremendous amount of time trying to filter out non-Cloud content.

    Hi Kevin,

    Great idea! We're currently working on serving up PureEngage Premises versus PureEngage Cloud content on the Genesys Knowledge Network. I'm also aware of plans to create a PureEngage Cloud-specific Community on This stuff is coming soon this summer.

    We have an update for our PureEngage Cloud customers...

    We're proud to announce a new PureEngage Cloud-specific dashboard on the Genesys Knowledge Network. This is our latest step toward eliminating unnecessary confusion brought about by sifting through On-Premises info when looking for Cloud-relevant content.
