Allow Google Crawl & Index Individual Help Centre FAQs Articles

Allowing indexing of Help Centre FAQs articles (customer facing content) by Google (or other search engines) will significantly increase the volume of queries to online support channels and away from high cost channels such as phone, chat etc. Currently the articles can only be searched from the Genesys search tool on the hosts site. Allowing Google crawl and index the content means Google will return links to individual articles in its search results, increasing traffic and viewings
